I love teaching. I love writing. I love making music. I love making movies. I consider my main work to be teaching the upcoming generations the power of storytelling, whether it be film, music or the written word. Storytellers have power because they create context, reveal truth and and can translate lived experience into hope.
I hold a BM and MM in Guitar Performance from the Peabody Music Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University and a MFA in Professional Screenwriting from National University.
Currently, I both teach in and direct the Media Arts program at Valley Christian High School in San Jose, CA and am technical director for services at Saratoga Federated Church in Saratoga, CA.
